How to wake up early in the morning

Wake up early and embrace the morning glory of nature is the best way to start your day. But many people find it difficult to wake up early. Follow these steps:-

1. Fix a time when you will go to bed for sleep, say 11 Pm and you can wake up at 5 AM. If you continue this procedure for few days it will become easy for you to wake up at 5 AM in morning automatically.

2. Use an alarm clock which is very common, but you must not place alarm clock near your bed. Keep it away from your bed so that you have to walk to the clock to turn off the alarm.



3. Make sure that the alarm is loud enough, so that there is no other way then to turn it off.

4. Keep a water sprayer near that clock and after turning that alarm off, spray some water on your face.



5. A very serious advice at the end, for god sake don't use sleeping pills at all. They will spoil your system and will not bring any improvement.
